Make Your Voice Heard in Westminster

Louise Ellman, MP for Liverpool Riverside will be holding one of her regular consultation meetings with Chamber members on Friday 8 June at 12.30 pm
At the March meeting members raised a range of issues including concerns about the city’s readiness for the 08 celebrations, trading difficulties caused by the Big Dig, Air Passenger Duty and its impact on some routes out of JLA.
The most vibrant debate centred around the lack of support for business start-ups especially those that were not based in certain postcode areas. Business being undermined by Government funded services offered by universities was also raised as a key issue.
Louise Ellman will report back on these issues and take further questions on 8 June at the regular meeting in the Chamber’s offices. The meeting costs just £12.50 (inclusive of VAT) per person to cover refreshments and administration. For further information contact Nicky Lunt on 0151 227 1234 ext 2237 or book online now.
