Listening to customers means meeting them and assessing the market. Monitoring the competition means being out there constantly looking for trends, changes and new developments.
Only then can an action plan be developed for the specific purpose of increasing your customer base. Chamber Professional Development is offering a highly participative course aimed at developing practical marketing skills for those with an eye for the future.
The course will include key marketing skills such as SWOT Analysis,
finding out about the market, methods of market research and customer targeting.
It will give you tips on developing a competitive edge and getting right your marketing mix and segregation.
The one day course takes place on 24 September and costs £188.00. You may be eligible to attract up to 60% of Skillworks funding to cover the cost of this training.
